Lavender (Lavandula angustifolia) essential oil is steam distilled from the flowers of the Lavender plant. It has a sweet herbal, floral scent and is a middle-top note. Thanks for the recipe. I regularly use lavender essential oils to relax and fight insomnia. However, just use it with an aromatherapy diffuser without any recipe. I feel your recipe is very interesting, definitely have to try.
